Product introduction
When there is a trace of moisture or acid in the polyurethane system, it will react with isocyanate to produce CO₂, which will cause bubbles in the product and affect the bonding strength. The molecular sieve activation powder with dispersion and fast adsorption ability can be added to the polyurethane system, which can be directly applied to the production as an adsorbent with selective adsorption to effectively remove trace moisture and other small molecule impurities from the material to avoid bubbles, which may cause lines or surface roughness in the next step of production. Molecular sieve activation powder has excellent dispersibility and can be perfectly compatible with existing commonly used polyether, isocyanate and polyol. HX activation powder series have low impurity content and uniform particle size, so that the adhesive can avoid clogging during gun operation.

Product characteristics
Molecular sieve activation powder can adsorb impurities such as water that affect product quality without changing the physical and chemical properties of the product itself. It can also be added to specific polymer or coating production process as selective adsorbent, used to adsorb CO2, H2S and other gases produced in the production process.
