Product introduction

13X molecular sieve has a pore size of 10A, adsorbs less than 10A molecules, and is used for deep drying of general gases and removal of H₂O and CO₂ in air separation units. 13X-III is a molecular sieve that further improves the adsorption of CO₂ and water to meet the development needs of the deep-cooled air separation industry. It is specially used for the adsorption of low concentration CO₂ in raw materials, especially in the typical deep-cooled air separation process. Under the same gas pressure conditions, the adsorption capacity of 13X-Ⅲ for CO₂ is increased by about 22% compared with the traditional 13X, and the molecular sieve operation cycle is increased from 4h to 6h, which greatly saves the operation cost

The use of 13X APG III molecules instead of ordinary 13X APG molecular sieves can significantly reduce the amount of adsorbent used while reducing the size of the purifier, reducing floor space and improving resource utilization.

Improved performance

13X APGⅢ molecular sieve is a high performance molecular sieve specially designed for removing low concentration CO2 from air streams, and its CO2 removal capacity is more than 60% higher than that of ordinary 13X APG molecular sieve when applied to deep cooling air separation process.

High adsorption capacity

The adsorption capacity of 13X APGⅢ molecular sieve is much larger than that of ordinary 13X APG molecular sieve, and the regeneration cycle can be extended from 4 hours to more than 6 hours, generally adding a pre-cooling blowing step before the heating step.

Storage

Store in a ventilated and dry warehouse. Pay attention to moisture and prevent rain when transporting. Avoid adsorption of water and organic matter before use, otherwise it should be regenerated.
